Album Notes & Community Reviews

'Headstones' effectively perfects the Swedish band's highly distinct brand of nature-focused, incredibly melancholic gothic doom metal. The crushing, mid-paced electric tracks are frequently and heavily augmented by delicate acoustic guitar passages and deeply sorrowful vocal melodies. The album remains a highly revered, intensely atmospheric classic within the 90s European dark metal underground.
