Initially intended to fulfill a contractual obligation, 'The Neonai' surprisingly blossomed into an eclectic, highly melodic departure from the band's doom origins. The Swedish group heavily integrates electronic beats and industrial-rock synthesizers to construct a surreal, profoundly melancholic gothic atmosphere.
