Album Notes & Community Reviews
Love's 'False Start' was recorded after Arthur Lee had rebuilt the group around a later lineup, with the album including a guest appearance by Jimi Hendrix on its opening track. The record reflects Lee's move toward bluesier rock material while retaining flashes of the psychedelic identity associated with the band's earlier catalogue.
