Album Notes & Community Reviews

Recorded in two days at the Radio Gda艅sk studio during the band's July 1997 tour with Lester Bowie, the album sets his trumpet against the yass group on versions of Lou Reed's 'Venus in Furs', Charles Ives's 'Maple Leaves' and John Coltrane's 'Impressions'. It was the pair's second and final album together before Bowie's death two years later.
