Prosaic

Album Notes & Community Reviews

Seeking to strip away some of the high-concept grandeur of his previous epics, A.L.N. approaches 'Prosaic' with a slightly more grounded, riff-oriented mindset. The solo project still delivers monolithic slabs of blackened doom and sludge metal, but emphasizes a slightly more direct, immediate sense of crushing despair. It remains a towering, emotionally exhausting exploration of depression and spiritual emptiness.
