Album Notes & Community Reviews

Facing a completely depleted recording budget midway through the album's production, Klaus Dinger and Michael Rother boldly filled the second side with heavily manipulated speed variations of their own single. 'NEU! 2' is a remarkably inventive, highly repetitive Krautrock document, bridging intensely hypnotic, atmospheric 'motorik' beats with profoundly avant-garde, wildly futuristic tape manipulation.
