Album Notes & Community Reviews

Following the volatile collapse of The Birthday Party, Nick Cave assembled The Bad Seeds to forge a deeply cinematic, avant-garde exploration of punk blues and gothic rock. The debut album is driven by Blixa Bargeld's scraping, dissonant guitar textures and Cave's manic, highly theatrical vocal narratives concerning murder, obsession, and Americana. 'From Her to Eternity' is an incredibly dark, apocalyptic, and raw statement of artistic rebirth.
