Album Notes & Community Reviews

The third studio album from the Halifax pioneers showcases a crucial transitional phase bridging their harsh death-doom roots with sweeping, gothic heavy metal. Nick Holmes begins introducing clearer vocal techniques while Gregor Mackintosh's intricate, mournful guitar leads push the band's atmosphere into dramatically melodic, depressive territory.
