Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as a wildly imaginative, highly satirical celebration of Washington D.C.'s burgeoning Black political power, George Clinton's Parliament released this incredibly joyful conceptual masterwork. 'Chocolate City' is a fiercely energetic, intensely rhythmic P-Funk classic, matching wonderfully playful, deeply quirky psychedelic soul with remarkably passionate, surprisingly sharp political commentary.
