Album Notes & Community Reviews
Attempting to reinvigorate their commercial appeal, the Ramones leaned heavily into a polished, drum-heavy power pop and hard rock sound on 'Subterranean Jungle'. Despite prominent internal tensions, the album delivers highly melodic, relentlessly energetic bursts of 60s-inspired bubblegum punk and rebellious urban grit.
