Album Notes & Community Reviews
Following his deep dive into Sri Chinmoy's teachings, the guitarist drastically expanded his group's lineup, enlisting vocalist Leon Thomas and guitarist John McLaughlin. The resulting sessions largely abandoned commercial Latin-rock structures in favor of sprawling, highly spiritual jazz fusion and ethereal, complex improvisation.
