Album Notes & Community Reviews

Marking a massive stylistic shift, the California outfit recruited vocalist Joe Wood and drummer Mitch Dean following the departure of original frontman Jack Grisham. The album veers away from standard hardcore into a brooding, melodic intersection of punk and gothic deathrock, heavily influenced by The Damned. This controversial transition alienated purists but successfully expanded their audience within the emerging alternative underground.
