Sticky Fingers

'Sticky Fingers' marked a return to a foundational roots-rock sound for the band, elevated by the fluid, jazz-inflected lead guitar of Mick Taylor in his first full studio appearance. Produced by Jimmy Miller, the album's decadent and drug-heavy themes are explored through a mix of swaggering hard rock and weary ballads, a duality matched by its cultural impact as the first release on the band's own label, complete with the debut of the iconic 'tongue and lips' logo and Andy Warhol's interactive zipper artwork.
