Album Notes & Community Reviews

Temporarily abandoning their rhythm and blues roots to fully embrace the flower-power era, The Rolling Stones crafted their only purely psychedelic album. Often viewed as a divisive answer to 'Sgt. Pepper', 'Their Satanic Majesties Request' is wonderfully surreal and highly playful, dripping with incredibly quirky, heavily orchestrated, and drug-fueled fantasy pop.
