Album Notes & Community Reviews

The Memphis collective significantly polished their murky, lo-fi horrorcore sound for their sophomore major label effort. DJ Paul and Juicy J's production retains its signature menacing, heavy bass and dark sampling while introducing slightly cleaner mixing. It captures a pivotal transition between their underground cassette roots and their impending massive commercial dominance in Southern hip-hop.
