Chris Knox

Biography

New Zealand singer-songwriter born in Invercargill in 1952, a central figure of the Dunedin sound. Knox fronted punk bands *The Enemy* and *Toy Love* before forming the lo-fi duo *Tall Dwarfs* with Alec Bathgate and recording a string of idiosyncratic solo albums for #Flying Nun Records#, including 'Seizure' and 'Croaker'.
