Biography
Keith Fullerton Whitman is an American electronic composer from New Jersey, a Berklee computer-music graduate known for modular-synthesizer improvisation and, as Hrvatski, for the drill'n'bass of 'Swarm & Dither' on #Planet Mu#. His own-name albums for #Kranky#, including 'Playthroughs' (2002), 'Multiples' (2005) and 'Lisbon' (2006), treat vintage analogue systems as live instruments, and his twelve-hour pop-sample project 'Greatest Hits' (2013) remains one of electronic music's most eccentric undertakings.
