Ostraca is a highly regarded DIY screamo/emoviolence trio from Richmond, Virginia, formed around 2009-2014 (initially as Kilgore Trout). Known for an intense, chaotic sound blending punk, black metal, and slowcore, they are active in the underground scene with notable releases like "Deathless" (2016) and "Eventualities" (2025).
