Biography

Ovlov are an alternative rock band from Newtown, Connecticut, formed in 2009 around singer and guitarist Steve Hartlett and his brothers Theo and Jon. Their debut 'Am' (2013), on #Exploding in Sound Records#, paired melancholy songs with blown out guitars. After lineup changes, a 2015 split and Hartlett's *Stove* project, the band returned with 'Tru' (2018) and, with Jon Hartlett back on bass and Morgan Luzzi on guitar, the poppier 'Buds' (2021).
