Pageninetynine, often stylized as pg.99, was a seminal screamo and hardcore punk band from Sterling, Virginia. Formed in 1997, the group was renowned for its large and fluctuating lineup—often featuring eight or more members including multiple vocalists, guitarists, and bassists—and intensely chaotic live performances. They released a series of influential albums and splits, referred to as 'documents', including the acclaimed 'Document #8' on #Robotic Empire#. The band's DIY ethos, combined with a sound that blended raw aggression with atmospheric post-hardcore, made them a pioneering force. After officially disbanding in 2003, they have reunited for several acclaimed performances.
