Album Notes & Community Reviews

Serving as the British hard rock pioneers' first official compilation, this release focuses primarily on their most successful, Ian Gillan-fronted 'Mark II' lineup. The inclusion of a previously unreleased live track bolstered a heavy, riff-laden tracklist that defined the stadium-sized blues-rock of the early 1970s.
