Album Notes & Community Reviews

This massive three-disc box set compiles eight obscure, highly experimental EPs released by Stereolab during the 1990s and early 2000s. Free from the structural constraints of formal studio albums, the tracks wildly explore extended Krautrock motorik grooves, vintage lounge-pop aesthetics, and dense analog synthesizer drones. The anthology highlights the astonishing depth of the band's catalog, proving their B-sides were often as brilliantly innovative as their most celebrated A-sides.
