Album Notes & Community Reviews
Serving as a key transition point in their discography, 'It Taketh' marks the moment where Tyrannus fully integrated atmospheric and progressive black metal into their thrashy baseline. Originally tracked as a three-song demo, this EP showcases more complex, multi-layered arrangements than their self-titled debut. This cohesive sound laid the artistic groundwork for their subsequent full-length album.
