Biography
Cindy Lee is the drag torch-song project of Patrick Flegel, born in Calgary, Alberta, formerly the guitarist and singer of *Women*. Albums such as 'Act of Tenderness' (2015), 'What's Tonight to Eternity' (2020) and the double album 'Diamond Jubilee' (2024) layer girl-group melody and noise over lo-fi production, all issued through #W.25TH# and its parent label #Superior Viaduct#. Flegel's songs, delivered in a fragile falsetto, treat vintage pop forms as vessels for grief, glamour and static.
