Biography
Corrosion of Conformity is an American metal band from Raleigh, North Carolina, formed in 1982. They evolved from hardcore punk to the Southern sludge of 'Deliverance' (1994) and 'Wiseblood' (1996) under Pepper Keenan, and remain active after the death of drummer Reed Mullin in 2020. Keenan's parallel years fronting Down kept the band's name in circulation throughout its quieter periods.
