Biography
A pioneering figure in gangsta rap, Ice Cube is a rapper, actor, and filmmaker who first rose to prominence as a member of the seminal group N.W.A. After his acrimonious split from the group, he launched a formidable solo career with his 1990 debut, 'AmeriKKKa's Most Wanted', produced by *Public Enemy*'s team, The Bomb Squad. His politically charged and controversial albums like 'Death Certificate' and 'The Predator' solidified his status as a powerful and uncompromising voice in hip-hop. He later formed the supergroup Westside Connection and built a successful acting career, starring in films like *Boyz n the Hood*, *Friday*, and the *Barbershop* series, showcasing his versatility.
