Biography
Kero Kero Bonito are a British indie pop trio formed in London in 2011, consisting of vocalist Sarah Midori Perry and producers Gus Lobban and Jamie Bulled. Perry, who sings and raps in English and Japanese, joined after answering the pair's advertisement on a Japanese expatriate bulletin board. After the 2014 mixtape 'Intro Bonito', the band released the bright, J-pop influenced album 'Bonito Generation' in 2016, then the rock influenced 'Time 'n' Place' in 2018 and the two 'Civilisation' EPs in 2019 and 2021.
