Nick Mason

Nick Mason is an English drummer, composer, and founding member of Pink Floyd. The only constant participant across all studio albums, he provided the rhythmic and textural foundation for the band’s improvisational and experimental tendencies. His drumming, characterized by restraint and precision, complemented the group’s expansive sonic landscapes. Outside Pink Floyd, Mason has worked in motorsport and music production while preserving the band’s legacy through archival and live projects.
