Biography
Small Faces were an English rock band formed in London in 1965, led by Steve Marriott and Ronnie Lane with Kenney Jones and Ian McLagan. Leading mod hitmakers on #Decca Records# with 'All or Nothing', they moved to #Immediate Records# and turned psychedelic, releasing the UK number one album 'Ogdens' Nut Gone Flake' (1968) and the singles 'Itchycoo Park' and 'Lazy Sunday'. Marriott left in 1968; a 1970s reunion with bassist Rick Wills produced two further albums before the band split in 1978.
