Jefre Cantu-Ledesma

Biography

American composer and multi-instrumentalist from San Francisco, co-founder of *Tarentel* and the #Root Strata# label. His solo albums, including 'Love Is a Stream' (2010) and 'Tracing Back the Radiance' (2019), drift between shoegaze, drone and ambient music, and he also records with *The Alps* and in the duo *Raum*. His visual art practice runs parallel to the music, and his records reward the same slow, close attention.
