Biography
Tame Impala is the psychedelic music project of Australian multi-instrumentalist Kevin Parker. Known for its lush, layered production and immersive soundscapes, the project revitalized neo-psychedelia before evolving into a global pop powerhouse. While Parker writes, records, and produces all material solo, the project is famous for its vibrant live performances. From the fuzz-drenched rock of "Innerspeaker" to the synth-heavy disco and R&B explorations of "Currents", Tame Impala has redefined the sonic possibilities of modern psych-pop. Parker's meticulous attention to rhythmic detail and melodic hooks has made the project one of the most influential acts of the 21st century.
